Welcome to RHMS. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General

RHMS is a business specializing in the sale, purchase, and swap of Apple devices, including both physical and offsite transactions. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, applicable to all customers and transactions.


2. Product Sales
  • Used Devices

    All used Apple devices are thoroughly inspected and tested before being offered for sale. We provide a two-week (14 days) warranty for functionality issues as outlined in our Return and Warranty Policy.

  • New Devices

    New Apple devices are sold with a 1-year manufacturer warranty, as per the manufacturer's terms and conditions.


3. Warranty Terms
  • Used Devices

    Warranty covers functionality issues only. Self-inflicted damage (such as drops, cracks, or other physical damage) and water damage are not covered. Warranty is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, RHMS is not liable for any defects or issues.

  • New Devices

    New devices are covered under a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Any warranty claim for new devices must be directed to the manufacturer (Apple) and follow their procedures.


4. Swap Program

RHMS offers a swap feature for customers who wish to exchange their Apple devices for other Apple products. The following conditions apply:

  • The device to be swapped will be inspected and valued by RHMS based on its condition, functionality, and market value.

  • The customer will be notified of the swap value, and any balance due for the swapped device must be paid before completing the transaction.

  • Devices with significant physical damage or water damage may not qualify for the swap program, or their value may be significantly reduced.


5. Payments and Identification for Selling and Swapping
  • For customers who sell or swap a device with RHMS, payment will only be made to a bank account that matches the name on the customer's valid ID. This ID must be uploaded to our system during the transaction.

  • The customer must also upload a receipt of the device. If a receipt is not available, the customer must fill out a consent form, affirming ownership of the device.


6. Theft and Fraud Prevention
  • If RHMS discovers that a stolen device has been sold or swapped, we will cooperate with the police investigation and provide any required information to assist in the case.

  • The customer found guilty of selling or swapping a stolen device will be held liable and must pay for damages as determined by RHMS.


7. Misconduct Towards RHMS Staff

Molestation or harassment of any RHMS staff, including our logistics personnel, is considered a serious crime. If a customer is found guilty of such actions, they will be charged to court and required to pay for damages as deemed appropriate by law.


8. Delivery Policy
  • The delivery timeframe for purchased or swapped items is 1-3 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, but RHMS will make every effort to ensure timely delivery.


9. Price Adjustments and Refunds
  • RHMS reserves the right to adjust the price of a device after inspection. If the device's condition is different from what was originally described, the price may be revised.

  • If the customer and RHMS agree on the revised price, the transaction will proceed. If not, any payment already made by the customer will be refunded via bank transfer, excluding the delivery fee in cases where inspection took place at the customer's location.


10. Account and Checkout
  • Customers must provide all required information, including valid ID and payment details, before completing a transaction.

  • To finalize any purchase, swap, or service, the customer must be logged in to their RHMS account on the website.


11. Payment Terms
  • All transactions must be completed through the payment methods available on our website or in person.

  • RHMS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, especially if payment issues or fraud are suspected.


12. Liability

RHMS makes every effort to ensure that the devices we sell, buy, and swap are in good working condition. However, we are not liable for:

  • Any loss or damage caused by self-inflicted damage, water damage, or other user-related incidents after the sale or swap is completed.

  • Any issues arising from the manufacturer's warranty process for new devices.

  • RHMS does not guarantee availability, accuracy, or completeness of the product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the website. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.


13. Privacy Policy

RHMS respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during the course of a transaction is protected and used solely for the purpose of providing our services. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.


14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

RHMS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the terms periodically for any updates or changes.


15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
