At RHMS, we prioritize customer satisfaction by offering high-quality Apple devices for sale, purchase, and swap. Our return and warranty policy ensures clarity and fairness for all our customers, both for physical and offsite transactions.
We provide a two-week (14 days) warranty on all used Apple devices.
The warranty only covers functionality issues that arise during normal use of the device.
Self-inflicted damage (including accidental drops, cracks, and other physical damage) and water damage are not covered by this warranty.
Devices returned for functionality issues will be inspected, and if eligible, repaired or replaced.
No returns or refunds are allowed after purchase, even within the warranty period.
All new Apple devices come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
Manufacturer warranties are subject to the terms and conditions set by Apple and do not cover accidental or intentional damage.
All sales are final, and returns are not accepted once a device has been purchased, except where a defect is proven to be covered under our warranty.
Devices sold through our physical and offsite transactions (including online purchases) are subject to the same warranty terms.
